Background
Kevin came to AI through search. He studied economics and business in Bochum and Bielefeld, where a data-science module sparked his interest in AI, machine learning, and Python. After his first years in SEO at Trustfactory in Mannheim he moved to Claneo, where he rose from SEO Consultant to Senior SEO Automation and AI Strategist and led data-driven SEO for international brands.
Approach
In 2025 he founded LeitmotivAI, a consultancy for AI transformation. His starting point, then and now: putting AI to work is a transformation process, not a technology project, most projects fail not because of the technology but because of a missing guiding motive.
At noord
The same year he founded zued, a weekly AEO audit tool that measures at section level which parts of a page appear in AI answers and where content drifts from the AI consensus. At noord he combines that tooling with the team's strategy work. What he can solve with Python or agent logic, he builds himself.
